Goodnight Facility Co. is family-run. We started it because we kept hearing the same story from people who manage buildings: the cleaning company shows up strong for a month, the quality slides, the calls go unanswered — and the contract says you're stuck with them for two more years.

That model works fine for the cleaning company. It just doesn't work for you. So we rejected it.

Why there's no contract.

The lock-in contract exists so a vendor can stop trying without losing the account. We'd rather live with the pressure: if you aren't pleased, let us go. No penalty, no lawyers, no thirty-day letter. It keeps us honest at 11 PM on a Tuesday, when nobody's watching — which is exactly when your building gets cleaned.
